Methodology

How we work, and how we measure.

We fix what an AI assistant can actually read before we spend on being found. We measure before we spend more.

What is the sequence?

Diagnose the stage, then do the structural work, then the writing, then the off-site mentions. A monthly visibility programme on a site that renders its claims in the browser is wasted money. A content calendar on a page that cannot be quoted is the same waste. AI operations without a written position per workflow is how a partnership ends up with a tool it cannot defend. We will tell you at the start which of those is true, and we will not sell the later work until the earlier constraint has moved.

How do we measure?

Whether Google and AI assistants can read the site comes first, because technical fixes show up in days. Qualified enquiries second, with a definition the partners accept, because traffic without that definition is not a result. AI assistants never appear in client-side analytics, so server logs sit next to the dashboard you already have. Rankings and citations move in three to six months. We report monthly, and we will say when the sample is too small to mean anything. If the numbers say the site is the constraint, we stop scaling spend.

What do we refuse?

Rankings for terms your buyers do not use. Chatbots that answer legal, tax or clinical questions on a public website. Visibility work you will not let us put into the pages themselves. Governance that rubber-stamps tools already in use. Case studies with client names. If the honest next step is that we are not the right firm, we will say that in the first conversation. The sequence above is how we stay able to stand behind the work.
