Not being understood.

We know what we are good at. The website does not say it.

How this usually shows up

  1. Partners describe the firm one way; the homepage says something softer.
  2. A stranger cannot tell, in ten seconds, who the firm is for.
  3. Price, scope and what you will not take on are missing or buried.

What happens at this stage

The site has to say who you act for, what you do, what you will not take on, and what it costs.

A visitor should know in ten seconds whether you are the right firm. If they cannot tell, a search engine and an AI assistant cannot tell either.

The homepage names the problem. The work sits in the services below. Each one states who it is for, who it is not for, and at least one anonymised situation. Price bands sit on the pricing page.

The first move

We rewrite the pages that introduce the firm so a visitor, Google and AI assistants can all read the same clear account of who you act for and what you do.

If this is the problem you actually have, start a conversation. We will say whether it is, and what would have to be true first.
