Services

Marketing that gets you found. AI that partners will actually approve.

The marketing work is how possible clients find you, decide you are the right firm, and how you can tell which spend is producing real work. The AI work is separate on purpose. In a law firm, an accountancy or a clinic the hard question is rarely whether the tool works. It is whether anyone will put their name on it.

Occam has two practices. This page is the full list of the work under each.

01Foundations

We know what we are good at. The website does not say it.

A possible client, a search engine and an AI assistant all need to understand, in a few seconds, who you act for and what you will not take on. Most professional services sites fail that test because the real explanation only appears after a click, or lives in a PDF. We rebuild the site as ordinary pages a machine can read, and a partner can send to a client without wincing.

02Visibility

Competitors show up in Google's AI answers and in AI assistants. We do not.

Google's AI Overviews now sit above the blue links and take a large share of the visits. AI assistants name firms from pages they can quote, and from lists they already trust. If your site only shows its important claims after a click, or you never appear on the directories buyers actually use, you can rank in Google and still lose the recommendation. The work covers search, AI visibility, and the mentions on other sites.

03Conversion

People arrive, look around, and nothing happens.

A brochure works if they already trust you. Most visitors do not. The page has to say what you do, who it is for, what it costs, and what happens after they get in touch. We write those answers in language a partner will stand behind, and we point paid search at pages that can turn a visit into an enquiry, not at a homepage that cannot.

04Growth

It is working. We cannot tell which part.

Ordinary analytics never see AI assistants reading the site, because those tools do not run the tracking script. People sent by Google's AI Overviews often show up in your reports as direct visits, or not at all. You can be getting recommended and never see it. We put a reading of the server next to the dashboard you already have, then spend against what is actually producing work.

AI services

We want to use AI. Nobody will put their name on it.

We explain what a tool does and does not do, then integrate only what the partnership can defend. In a law firm, an accountancy or a medical practice the question is confidentiality and professional obligation, not whether the tool works. We write a clear position for each workflow: what it runs on, where client data goes, and what you would show a regulator. Some work is cleared. Some is declined. Then we build and hand over only what was cleared, running in your own accounts.

AI Governance and Assurance

A written position for each workflow: what it runs on, where client data goes, and what you would show a regulator or a client if they asked.
