Competitors show up in Google's AI answers and in AI assistants. We do not.

How this usually shows up

  1. You rank for the work, but Google's AI Overview names someone else.
  2. AI assistants recommend a listing site rather than the firm.
  3. Important claims sit behind tabs, PDFs or scripts those tools never run.

What happens at this stage

Usually there is nothing an AI assistant can quote. Most AI assistants only read the words already written on the page. They do not click tabs or open PDFs.

Google's AI Overviews now sit above the blue links and take a large share of the visits. AI assistants name firms from pages they can quote.

Words already on the page are visible to them, even inside a closed accordion. Words that load after a click, or that live only in a PDF or a picture, rarely get you named.

The work is search, being named in those answers, and the mentions on other sites that decide whether you get recommended.

The homepage names the problem. The work sits in the services below. Each one states who it is for, who it is not for, and at least one anonymised situation. Price bands sit on the pricing page.

The first move

We look at the live site the way the assistants do, then put the claims they need into ordinary words on ordinary pages.

If this is the problem you actually have, start a conversation. We will say whether it is, and what would have to be true first.
