The sector you work in, the problem that sounds most like you, and whether the website itself can change. Those three things tell us whether this is foundations, visibility, conversion, growth, or AI services, and whether we can help.

If you already know the service, name it. If you do not, tell us what the partners are actually saying about the problem. We do not need a long brief. We do need honesty about whether the site, the copy, or the tools are allowed to move.

It answers the questions a visitor would otherwise put to a person before either side knows whether a conversation is worth having: which sectors we work in, what a service costs, whether we do a particular kind of work, and where on the site the answer sits. It answers only from the published pages. It will not advise on your own website, campaign or AI tooling, because that is the work itself, and it will say so and point you to the relevant service or to this page.

This is the same triage pattern we build for firms: an assistant that explains how the practice can help, declines the specific legal, tax or clinical question, and hands the visitor to a person. We treat it as a named workflow with a written position, like any other. The position for ours is below.

Your question and the reply are sent to OpenAI to generate the answer, under its API terms, which do not permit the text to be used for training. The assistant searches only our published pages to answer. We do not store the conversation on our servers. It is kept in your browser for the current visit and cleared when you close it. We keep a short-lived count of requests per network to limit abuse, and nothing else. Do not put client names or matter details into it. If the question needs them, email us instead.
