Email engage@occamdigital.com if you want to know what we hold, or want it deleted. We work with professional services firms. We do not sell lists of visitors, and we do not run a marketing database of people who only read the site.

If you email or telephone us, we keep the message, the number, and whatever you chose to send, so we can reply. Server logs record technical requests, including user agent strings, because AI assistants do not appear in client-side analytics and we need to see which crawlers fetched which pages. Those logs are for operating and improving the site, not for profiling you as a person. Cookies are described on the cookies page. We do not require an account to read anything here.

Enquiry email is kept for as long as the conversation is live and then for a period we need in case the same firm writes again, which we will trim on request. Hosting is on Vercel. We will not put enquiry contents into a public AI model. If a third party has to see a message in order to deliver email or hosting, that is a processor, not a new use. You can complain to the ICO if you think we have got this wrong.
