AI services.
Partners are not stuck on what AI can do. They are stuck on what they can defend to a regulator and to a client. We explain the tools, clear what can run, and build only that.
What is this practice?
AI services for legal, accounting and medical practices, and for travel groups where the volume justifies it. If you searched for AI consulting, this is that work. We explain what a tool does and does not do, write down what the partnership can defend, and then build and hand over only what was cleared. Three services: readiness, operations and governance.
Who is it for?
Legal, accounting and medical practices feel this first. Travel and hospitality feel it less, and we say so rather than forcing governance onto a sector that is not stuck on it. If the request is a chatbot that answers clients' legal, tax or clinical questions, we will refuse it. If the request is a written position per workflow, a system left running when we leave, or a triage assistant that answers from your published pages and hands off to a person, this is the practice.
The work in this practice
AI Governance and Assurance
A written position for each workflow: what it runs on, where client data goes, and what you would show a regulator or a client if they asked.
AI Operations
We put AI into named day-to-day workflows, with the data path agreed in writing, and leave the systems running in the firm's own accounts when we go.
AI Search Readiness
A practical check of whether Google and AI assistants can find the firm and quote it, followed by a clear plan to fix what they cannot use.
